Youth exchange on employability
The overall aim of the project is to create a common space for young people interested in creativity and art to exchange and improve their competences to be (self) employed.
The objectives of the youth exchange are:
To increase awareness about the current situation of art professions among participants’ countries
To improve the level of key competences of young people through arts and creativity.
To increase self-esteem of young artists such as musicians, actors, writers, painters, photographers, dancers, etc.
To increase awareness about opportunities for young artists.
To increase awareness about opportunities for young artists.
To create a safe environment for young artists where they will be able to develop themselves.
To explore Erasmus+ and non-formal education.
